  • Make sure to enter correct contact information in the resume. It is possible that you make tiny mistakes in the contact numbers and mail addresses. Make sure your resume doesn’t have these flaws.
  • It is good to make sections and paragraphs in the resume for information and details but when there is something like enlisting the skills, expertise, accomplishments and previous employment responsibilities, it’s better to use bullet points as this way it’s easy to read and understand without reading hundreds of words in the paragraph.
  • You need to make the employer understand about where you want to go and where you see yourself in the next 5-10 years. Including your professional goals and objectives is a good idea as this shows your passion and loyalty to the work.
  • Most of the time, a resume only gets around 5-10 seconds of consideration during the screening process and that’s why it is really important that you put the essential information first and leave the less important stuff for the end of the resume.
