It is not that simple and easy to understand the job description of a corporate recruiter and many people can’t get the idea of what these recruiters actually do in a company. To understand that, you can consider a person that plays a role of a bridge in between the manager or director of a company and the recruitment department.
This person doesn’t work in the recruitment department and neither in the managing part of the company. The only responsibility of this person is to collect the information from the managers and directors of the company and convey them to the recruitment department so that they can understand the actual needs of the company.
Salary of a Corporate Recruiter:
There are some jobs and careers that can be accepted by anyone but this job is not like that as it doesn’t have any opportunities for you to get paid on hourly basis. This is the reason that even if this job pays well as compared to other part time jobs, fewer people adopt this career as a professional and for long terms. In some countries, these employees get paid very well such as in America, England and Canada but other continents and countries don’t pay that good to the corporate recruiters. As an average range, these recruiters get around $50000 per year which can go up to $65000 after an experience of 1-2 years in the company. On the other hand, when we analyze the job requirements, it doesn’t give any good idea because the salary is comparatively lower than the job responsibilities.

- Read the job description carefully and then write an objective which not just a sentence but your first impression in front of the recruiter.
- Always look for the hidden requirements of the employer which may not be clear for the first time so read the ad twice.
- There is no need to talk about your previous tasks and duties but write about the achievements and awards you won and the abilities you have gained which will help you at this job.
- Instead of creating dense paragraphs, use single sentences and bullets to highlight the things you want the employer to notice.
- Although there is no need to discuss about a job which is irrelevant but if you are creative you can write about any job and make it compatible with the vacancy you are applying for.
Elements not to include in this Resume:
- Don’t provide previous employment references unless you are asked to.
- Don’t add anything about your personal information like number of kinds or social security number but just provide them the things they want to hear.
- Don’t send out the same resume which you used in some other organization. Always use a fresh and new theme and style for the resume.
- No matter how much experience you have, don’t analyze the company you are applying to and don’t suggest them any ideas.
